MEMLDO / DOWN2 relationship is a separate issue (and I agree it'd be
interesting to know total 1.8V load from both SDRAM), but Balaji writes
about AUTO going down in PMU suspend... active low wake sources
referenced to a dead IO_3V3 will break things.
