WSOD after switching to 240x320

Hi!

While testing resolution switching, i experienced my first WSOD on my
GTA02 (pre-production number 107). 240x320 worked fine until the screen
(and the glamo) was switched off for powersaving. After touching the
display to turn it on, it was completely white. I never had a WSOD on
this device before, so maybe this helps to identifiy the problem...
