The problem almost certainly exists there as well - the PMU interrupt
is also edge-triggered, and the code that clears the interrupts is
the same for all 24xx platforms:

Great detective work, by the way. I hope this gives us enough
information that we can get TI to fix whatever in the depths
in their firmware is causing the problem. Thanks a lot !
