while playing with g_file_storage i noticed some things .. i did the
following:
dvalin:~# ifconfig usb0 down
dvalin:~# rmmod cdc_ether
dvalin:~# rmmod g_ether
dvalin:~# modprobe g_file_storage file=penDrive.disk
# which is an image i created with explanations from http://www.linux-
usb.org/gadget/file_storage.html
then my mac (pb-g4) told me he found a new device but did not show it
in Disk Utility.app
while my debian-running clamshell-ibook recognizes sda1
now i wanted to remove the module and typed:
dvalin:~# rmmod g_file_storage
the shell i used for this freezed (no prompt occured) while the rest
of the system is stil responsive
