Hi Gaudenz

Those topic branches were only created to test topgit. Once 2.6.31 is 
out I'll try to add working branches on top of it. Sorry for the confusion.
For now you can get mfd/glamo.h from the openwrt repository [1]. You'll 
probably also want to use the other glamo files from there, because they 
are more up-to-date.
