LCM patches(jbt6k74) for gta03

Hi Andy,

As you know, gta03 will have new LCM.
But now, we won't have so many pieces of new LCM in hand in any soon.
If someone would like to see penguin on gta03. You can try the LCM of
gta02.
Therefore, I think these patches might be useful.
