usb-console in u-boot

Is anybody is having any reference code  for  usb console in u-boot  i.e
development  of  ACM0 device  in host  at  u-boot level  for smdk2440 arm
board.

What are the changes required to add support for usb-console in u-boot for
smdk2440.
