[PATCH 00/13] Samsung camera driver for 3D7K

This patch series adds basic support for the camera driver from the
Samsung BSP and corrects the most glaring issues.

Known problems:

- images are jagged, probably in the shutter direction
- 480x640 RGB565 produces recognizable but heavily distorted images
- camera is always powered up
- some other dirty hacks

I'll send some cleanup patches tomorrow or so.
