BTW, we could just do this in (*console_poll_hook)(), so no new
changes required to the mail loop. Only limitation: if u-boot is
busy for a while without waiting for console input, e.g., during
large NAND reads, the fast charge change would get delayed a bit.
But I don't think this would be much of an issue.
