openocd now in Debian

OK, great. I've uploaded r141 today, should be available on all mirrors
in a few hours...

Please let me know if there are problems. One issue might be that I don't
use --enable-ft2232_ftd2xx, as that driver is not open-sourced AFAIK.
(--enable-ft2232_libftdi _is_ used, though)
