Debug Board JTAG Programming with openocd

Hi Kyle,

I was wondering if you made any progress on this:

I am in the same position - same JTAG message and everything, and am  
completely stuck.  I wonder if there's a method of soft-reseting the  
CPU in the neo1973 so that JTAG can be properly used or something?
