Make the .opk as the default file extension

'Thanks' for this, you just broke everyone using opkg-utils svn since
this isn't backwards compatible. opkg was listed as a sane upstream in
Poky's 'bleeding' autobuilds, I'll have to remove that now since
otherwise builds from now on will fail.

I'm told I other places this change is not open for any discussion. This
means Poky will have to seriously reconsider using opkg :(.
