Sane error messages

Hi Richard,

I've done some consolidating of the error codes inside opkg and added a
new one for this case. Now, if you try to install a package which
doesn't have the correct architecture, you will get the following
message:

Collected errors:
 *    Packages found, but none available for the current architecture

I hope that's a better message, if any one has any suggestions, let me
know. The change is available in svn revision 4466.
