this limits the number of ip-addresses affected by the nat stuff, only  
192-256. if you don't have anything else using 192.168.0.X it's safe to  
ignore, but it does not harm your setup.

> What is the difference between 'auto usb0' and 'allow-hotplug usb0'?

auto means that the intercace usb0 is up'ped when networking starts,  
allow-hotplug means it's up'ped only if a evice is hotplugged, ie when the  
freerunner is connected and hal detects the creation of usb0 it's up'ped.
