Om 2008.8 - Battery indicator

ON the 2008.8.11 build tapping the battery icon in the top right
corner brings up the window with the information.

I've been using this simple shell script (on OM2007.2):

#!/bin/sh
cat /sys/class/power_supply/bat/uevent
cat /sys/devices/platform/s3c2440-i2c/i2c-adapter/i2c-0/0-0073/charger_type
apm
