resolvconf problems

I've not manages to get it working either.
I used `resolvconf -a <iface> <nameserver>` for both usb0 and eth0,
followed by `resolvconf -u', and `/etc/init.d/networking restart' but
/var/run/resolv.conf doesn't update.

I'm not familiar with resolvconf so I don't really not how to diagnose
the issue further.
