My Googling tells me that pactl is in pulseaudio-utils. Is that right? However, I'm not seeing pulseaudio-utils in the repository. The closest I see is pulseaudio-lib-alsa-util, which is already installed. I tried make build-package-pulseaudio-utils, but that doesn't seem to be in there. Any hints where I might find this?
