suspend/resume and Debian on SD card

Please try to stop apmd before suspending (apmd is not required, it just
calls some scripts), and see if that help. Then play around a bit with
various combinations of X and apmd running, and the order you started
them, and tell us what you find. I think there is a bug hidden
somewhere.
