[DEBIAN] /tmp & /var are too small

Read /usr/src/linux/Documentation/filesystems/tmpfs.txt for hints (it's
probably not on your FR, but it should be on your desktop). If you need more
space in /tmp or /var, you could make real directories in the NAND or in a
partition on the SD-card. The FR supports at least 8 GB SD-cards.
