Normal Freerunner boot problem...

Hello!
Did you try to reflash your firmware?
If not here is a good guide how to do it. It is also possible to
reflash your phone from Windows:
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Flashing_the_Neo_FreeRunner.

I think your phone is just not flashed, or last flashing went wrong.
