[SHR] batget isn't started anymore

Since some days the batget-modules isn't started anymore at system startup.
It's no severe thing except that the battery symbol doesn't show the
charging state and that sometimes a notify-window pops up saying battery
power was low. Is there a config-file I could edit to have it started
automatically again?
