Battery discharging after long time connected to the power charger ?

Also to note:

I found the Freerunner not charging (actually it was discharging because it
was on) when it was attached to a USB port on the dock station of a laptop.
I moved the connection to a USB on the laptop and it started charging.  I
think some USB ports have lower power or maybe next to none.

The wall charger charges up the device quick - like in 2 hours  .. as is
stated in the wiki.
