Many... the most common problem for me is a very high interrupt load;
more than 1000 per second in powertop. But there are others too...

However, one of the following may help:

* /etc/init.d/dbus restart
* /etc/init.d/fso-frameworkd restart
* reboot
* just wait and try again later
