http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Debian just says "Previous information 
(partly outdated, now) on how to install Debian manually has been moved to 
Manual Debian." whereas the "official" instructions are now at 
http://wiki.debian.org/DebianOnFreeRunner.
