i think that means the package can't be found

it didn't work properly. try installing the 'services' package from
opkg.org, and 'lint' to manage your connections

could not obtain admin lock, means you have recently been using the
gui for package management, and now cannot use opkg on the
command-line to install packages, until the lock has been removed (to
stop you using both at the same time, which would be bad)

wait a few minutes, and the lock will be removed, then try again.
