not sure about the emultor, though. but the fr itself has usually the ip  
192.168.0.202 -- if you can ping that ip successfully, it should be ok.
the next step would be scp (secure copy). ip as above and the username is  
root, password is not set per default (afaik, that is).

for both ssh and scp, if don't have a client already, putty is widely used 

with windows:
