[QtEi] GPRS/WAP issue (always on)

This has been an issue with Qtopia/Qt Extended for a whlie.

Anyway, it seems to have issues with crashing if a GPRS connection is set to
Always On after reboot.  It just sits there not responding to anything.
When I log into it with USB, and try restarting QPE, it doesn't want to
restart correctly.

Does anyone know what's going on with this?  Are there any logs I should be
copying/pasting (and where would they be)?
