Hi,

now i had to say something about that.

i aleady had done some work to made navit
more usable on freerunner. surely, the changes are
no big, but elementary like enabling a cachemechanism for
the binfile driver.

if anyone will try to test my version, i will uploade a
fso based package to any server (i have no idear where?).

there is some work to do with e osd layer. when enabled
it will consump a lot of cpu.

and the osm search problem: no idear how to fix
this. i think the structure of the binfile should index
the streets to find them faster (search on the whole map?)

 Carci

p.s. the gypsy works by default.
