how can I make phone call with open moko? (perhaps is a battery issue)

How is the behavior when it freezes and need a reboot? In my case if I
touch the screen, it turns white, and nothing. Press any button on the
phone (there are not so many in total), no respond, then I have to
reboot it.
 Is it the same case with you?
