[FSO] add QCT msm7* modem support

Hi,

the AT logs I mailed origin from wince atdbg on my kaiser, forgot to
mentionb this. Regarding CDMA, I think the commands do not differ too
heavily. I know text messages are formatted in a different way and the
whole sim stuff is not used. I know AT commands are compatible between
the msm7200(gsm)kaiser and the msm7500(cdma)vogue because both can
make calls with the same android rootfs which has the equal (modified
for vogue) gsm library. only sms do not work on the kaiser. 3g works
on both.

I will continue dumping and documenting AT chats on the kaiser in
ordert o update the xda wiki with msm7200 prop. commands.
