Openmoko-debugtool 0.2

I have added a new version of my debug tool on the wiki at:

Now all the features are implemented and the source is included. With
this tool I have been able to stop using the command line console for
the simple tasks such as enabling fast charge and connecting the
Bluetooth networking.
