Personally.
Unencrypted:
Anything that you might want on display on the screensaver and don't 
really care if others see it.

4 or 5 digit PIN:
GPS track logs, phone numbers, last numbers dialed

Passphrase:
Audio recordings of all calls.
cookies and autofill data for https sites.
restricted list of phone numbers.
ssh keys to my home system.
